The Harbourside Hotel is a family operated business offering Bed & Breakfast. We can cater for a maxumum of 21 guests.  We also offer golf holidays and whisky distillery tours . The seaside town of Irvine is situated 7 miles north of Glasgow Prestwick Airport. The cosmopolitan area of Irvine Harbourside has five bars and restaurants, all located within 400 yards, a further 400 yards takes you to Irvine's popular sandy beach. We are located next to Irvine railway station.

We are now offering FREE transport from Glasgow Prestwick Airport to the Harbourside Hotel with all Ryanair flights. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required for this service.

Within the harbourside you will find the Magnum Leisure Centre , with swimming pool, ice skating, health and fitness suite and kids play area.

The Scottish Maritime Museum is another popular harbourside visitor attraction. A short walk away takes you to Irvine's undercover shopping mall with over 60 shops.

The Rivergate Shopping Centre is only 300 yards from Harbourside Hotel and has over 60 shops undercover. Irvine is home to Open Championship Qualifying Courses, Irvine Golf Club and Glasgow Gailes. Royal Troon is only 4 miles away. Irvine has a population of over 30,00 and has an incredible 8 golf courses. There are few destinations that can beat the choices of courses Irvine has to offer. Open Qualifying courses : Western Gailes, Glasgow Gailes and Irvine Bogside with Dundonald Links hosting many tournaments since it opened in 2000.

We offer distillery tours form the 3 regions capable of reaching within 2 hours. Auchentoshan a Lowland Whisky is less than one hours drive. Isle of Arran, an island whisky, less than 2 hours travel by land and sea . Glengoyne, highland whisky, less than 2 hours drive. Distillery tours start at £30.00 per person.
